The recent rise of religion in Brookhaven lead to the establishment of the Old Town Chapel, established from a renovated office building in the heart of the city. The Old Town Chapel is popular with law enforcement community, and has become a symbol of peace within the community, as the presence of so many law enforcement agents has led to the Kulza Family being apprehensive about operating in the immediate area. The people of its congregation see the church as a symbol that the government will reassert its control over the area. Outside of the immediate area, the community’s view is much less hopeful. The Kulza Family’s influence hasn’t weakened in the rest of the city, and the family’s low view on religion has led them to crack down on those who leave the churches safety.
